Musical Writerszine includes a regular column by William Squier "Growing Stages: Regional Theatres That Feature New Musicals." In Growing Stages, Squier offers a glimpse behind the scenes at up and coming theaters and other venues that specialize in developing and, more importantly, producing new musicals. It also includes news of workshops or festivals and new publications.
