Details:

The book's spine and some lyrics are written for "and now for SOMETHING DIFFERENT." It features four young people: African Man, Muslim Woman, Mexican Man, Plain Jane (gotta have a collaborating young POV to make this show work) and a homeless man -- all seeking a new path forward, something different.

Two legendary characters compete to win them over: one championing tradition; the other, a trickster, proposing a street-smart, do-whatever-it-takes credo. It's a give-and-take battle, sometimes devious, sometimes funny. Which will win? Or, will the young people find their own voice, will they change, fall in love? I bet they will!

The music can blend classic Broadway & contemporary styles.
All I've written is malleable.
